Pioneering a Sustainable Future

Our
Story

Get to Know Us

Founded in 2018, AquaFiber is a pioneering research group dedicated to tackling the global challenge of bio-invaded seaweed. Our mission is to transform this environmental issue into sustainable opportunities by converting invasive seaweed into bioplastic 3D printing feedstocks, eco-friendly films, and natural sunscreen.

In 2020, our vision gained momentum with the support of Seawinner Company, enabling us to scale our research and innovation. Today, we continue to push the boundaries of sustainable materials, proving that nature’s challenges can inspire groundbreaking solutions for a greener future.
